Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Review resumes and screen candidates based on requirements to identify potential matches.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling times, sending reminders, and following up afterward.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and relationship management.
Strong understanding of US IT market trends and industry standards.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Fieldglass or similar tools for managing candidate pipelines.
