Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Lead Generation

Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital networkingConduct market research to identify target industries, regions, and decision-makers for IT services

2. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion

Engage with prospects to understand business needs and pain pointsPresent customized digital solutions aligned with client requirementsDeliver sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)Independently close sales deals and secure new business contracts

3. Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs, and key stakeholdersCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and client onboarding

4. Sales Target Achievement

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsDrive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and follow-ups

5. Industry & Market Awareness

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologiesUse market intelligence to strengthen sales positioning and pitch quality

6. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in the CRM systemProvide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management---

Education & Experience

Compensation
