Serve as the primary liaison for academic partners, ensuring sustained engagement and mutual value creation. B. Campus ambassador program management: 1. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process of campus ambassadors (CAs) from diverse campuses nationwide. 2. Identify high-potential student representatives, conduct interviews, and onboard selected candidates who align with KC's mission and values. C. Leadership & training: 1. Mentor and manage a team of campus ambassadors by delivering structured training sessions, setting clear performance objectives, and providing ongoing support. 2. Cultivate leadership skills within the CA team and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that drives high performance. D. Marketing & brand awareness: 1. Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns in partnership with Campus Ambassadors to increase brand visibility and student engagement. 2. Leverage digital platforms and on-ground initiatives to promote KC's offerings effectively within the student community. E. Sales enablement & student outreach: 1. Collaborate with the sales team and Campus Ambassadors to drive student registrations and program conversions. 2. Utilize campus networks and student insights to generate qualified leads, promote courses, and meet monthly sales targets through strategic outreach initiatives.
