Business Development Associate – Nestology

Nestology is on a mission to help parents of 0–3 year olds raise calm, confident, curious children through a science-backed, Montessori-informed ecosystem of support. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in growing Nestology’s reach, partnerships, and revenue by taking our solutions to more families, organizations, and communities.

Nestology empowers parents in the first 1,000 days through structured programs, expert guidance, and tools that make early parenting simpler and more intentional. The company combines early childhood science with practical, real-life parenting support delivered through digital and human-led experiences.

Role overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting leads across B2C and relevant B2B/B2B2C channels.

Key focus areas include:

  • Lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Partnerships with schools, corporates, communities, and relevant brands.
  • Driving conversions for Nestology’s programs and offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective partners such as maternity hospitals, pediatric clinics, preschools, corporates, parenting communities, and relevant brands.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals to introduce Nestology’s offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end BD funnel: discovery calls, requirement understanding, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation support, and closure.
  • Coordinate with marketing to run campaigns, webinars, and events that generate qualified leads and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Collect feedback from partners and customers to help refine offerings, pricing, and positioning.
  • Support reporting on BD metrics: outreach, meetings, proposals, closures, and revenue impact.
  • Represent Nestology with professionalism, clarity, and empathy in all external interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or growth roles; internships or early-stage startup experience welcome.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfort speaking with parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and corporate stakeholders.
  • High ownership, persistence, and comfort with structured outreach and follow-ups.
  • Ability to understand Nestology’s value proposition and articulate it in simple, parent-centric language.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM/spreadsheets and digital tools (email, video calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
  • Genuine interest in early childhood, parenting, or ed-tech/health-tech is an advantage.
