Graphic Design Associate – Nestology

Nestology is on a mission to make early parenting (0–3 years) calmer, more confident, and more joyful for families. As a Graphic Design Associate, you will translate this mission into warm, clear, and engaging visuals across all our digital touchpoints.

Nestology supports parents in the first three years with Montessori-informed, research-backed programs, tools, and community. The brand tone is gentle, trustworthy, and modern, with visuals that feel soothing yet engaging for new and expecting parents.


Role overview

As a Graphic Design Associate, you will be responsible for creating on-brand designs for social media, campaigns, learning content, and product interfaces.

Key focus areas include:

  • Turning complex, expert content into simple, parent-friendly visuals.
  • Maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with content, product, and growth teams.

  • Key responsibilities

    • Design graphics for social media, emailers, ads, presentations, and landing pages aligned with Nestology’s brand guidelines.
    • Create visual assets for parenting programs: infographics, worksheets, guides, and explainer visuals that simplify concepts for 0–3 parent audiences.
    • Support UI-oriented tasks such as basic app/website screens, icons, and illustrations in collaboration with product or UX teams.
    • Adapt and repurpose existing assets into multiple formats (stories, reels covers, carousels, thumbnails, etc.).youtube​
    • Work with pastel, calming, and parent-friendly color palettes and typography suitable for early parenting and baby-focused communication.
    • Manage and organize design files, versioning, and export-ready assets for different channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and founders to brainstorm and execute visual ideas.
    • Stay updated on design trends in parenting

      , ed-tech, and D2C brands while keeping Nestology’s unique identity intact.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, communication, or related field, or strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skill.
    • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (internships/freelance included), preferably with consumer, parenting, ed-tech, or wellness brands.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or equivalent.
    • Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy, especially for mobile-first content.
    • Ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines while proposing fresh ideas.
    • Comfort working with feedback loops, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • A portfolio that includes social media creatives, infographics, and/or product visuals relevant to parenting, education, or consumer-facing audiences is a strong plus.
