About Draftmode We are building Draftmode - India's first practice-based community for budding graphic designers. Our mission is to help designers and video editors sharpen their design fundamentals, creative thinking, and industry readiness through daily challenges, real-world scenarios, and creative content. We re now looking for our first Content Creation Intern who will help us bring Draftmode's voice to life across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. 🎯 Role Responsibilities Content Interviews: Reach out to senior graphic designers/art directors and conduct short Zoom interviews to create short form content helping aspirants learn market expectations from those who are already working with great brands. Content Creation: Content research to identify topics that can be relevant for designers growth and are relevant to designers interest as understood from Instagram analytics. Shoot and refine short-form video content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts. Assist in writing scripts and converting them into engaging video formats. Social Media Management: Schedule and post content consistently. Spot trending memes, reels, and hooks that align with Draftmode's vibe. Engage with the community (comments, DMs, reposts). Track performance metrics and share simple weekly reports. 📋 Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree with a good English written and spoken skills Comfortable speaking on camera and conducting short interview-style conversations. Basic experience shooting short-form video (Reels/Shorts) using phone or entry-level tools. Ability to write concise, engaging social media copy and short-form scripts. Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube content formats and basic analytics (reach, engagement, views). Good research skills to identify trending topics and audience-relevant ideas. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Preferred An active creator account on Instagram or YouTube. Background or strong interest in design, graphic arts, or creative communities. Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) and basic analytics reporting. Previous experience conducting interviews or community-facing content. Ability to use AI tools like Perplexity (for research) and ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude for idea generation and proofreading. 💡 What You'll Get Industry Standard Stipend Hands-on experience in content creation, interviewing, and social media marketing.
