Content Interviews

• Reach out to senior graphic designers/art directors and conduct short Zoom interviews to create short form content helping aspirants learn market expectations from those who are already working with great brands.

Content Creation

• Research & identify content topics that resonate with budding designers (using Instagram analytics + market trends).
• Shoot and refine short-form video content for Reels & Shorts.
• Assist in writing scripts and shaping them into engaging formats.

Social Media Management

• Schedule and post content consistently.
• Spot trending memes, reels, and hooks that align with Draftmode’s vibe.
• Engage with the community (comments, DMs, reposts).
• Track performance metrics and share simple weekly reports.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree with strong English (spoken & written).
• Comfortable on camera and in short interview-style conversations.
• Basic experience shooting short-form videos (phone-level is fine).
• Ability to write concise, engaging social copy & scripts.
• Familiar with Instagram/YouTube formats & analytics (reach, engagement, views).
• Good research skills to identify trends & audience-relevant topics.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in content posting.

Preferred

• Active creator account on Instagram/YouTube.
• Background or strong interest in design, graphic arts, or creative communities.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer) & basic reporting.
• Previous experience conducting interviews or community-facing content.
• Comfort using AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, or Gemini for research & proofreading.
