About Draftmode

• Content Interviews:
• Reach out to senior graphic designers/art directors and conduct short Zoom interviews to create short form content helping aspirants learn market expectations from those who are already working with great brands.
• Content Creation:
• Content research to identify topics that can be relevant for designers growth and are relevant to designers interest as understood from Instagram analytics.
• Shoot and refine short-form video content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Assist in writing scripts and converting them into engaging video formats.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and post content consistently.
• Spot trending memes, reels, and hooks that align with Draftmode's vibe.
• Engage with the community (comments, DMs, reposts).
• Track performance metrics and share simple weekly reports.
  

📋 Qualifications

• Required
• Bachelor's degree with a good English written and spoken skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera and conducting short interview-style conversations.
• Basic experience shooting short-form video (Reels/Shorts) using phone or entry-level tools.
• Ability to write concise, engaging social media copy and short-form scripts.
• Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube content formats and basic analytics (reach, engagement, views).
• Good research skills to identify trending topics and audience-relevant ideas.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Preferred
• An active creator account on Instagram or YouTube.
• Background or strong interest in design, graphic arts, or creative communities.
• Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) and basic analytics reporting.
• Previous experience conducting interviews or community-facing content.
• Ability to use AI tools like Perplexity (for research) and ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude for idea generation and proofreading.
