Content Creator Intern

Role Overview

The Content Creator Intern will support the creative and social media teams in ideating, creating, and executing engaging digital content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, trend-aware, eager to learn, and passionate about social media and storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Support

• Assist in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Support shooting and editing of reels, short videos, and stories
• Help in creating visual posts, captions, and basic copy
• Participate in content shoots, brainstorms, and on-ground activities

Ideation & Trend Research

• Track trending audios, formats, memes, and challenges
• Suggest content ideas aligned with brand tone and trends
• Observe how content is adapted for different platforms

Social Media Assistance

• Support the team in following content calendars and posting schedules
• Assist in uploading content and basic platform management
• Help monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement (under guidance)

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with Content Creators, Designers, Video Editors, and Social Media Managers
• Take feedback positively and implement improvements
• Learn content planning, brand storytelling, and performance basics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in content creation and social media
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and trends
• Comfortable using a smartphone for shooting content
• Basic knowledge of editing apps like CapCut, InShot, Canva (preferred)
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
