Business Development Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to drive student outreach, institutional engagement, and lead generation across Kerala. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating campus activities, and supporting internal teams to boost student admissions. Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per the outreach plan
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and student interaction sessions
• Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and institutional partners
• Generate quality leads through campus visits, events, and student engagement activities
• Collect, verify, and update student and parent details in the CRM system
• Support offline marketing activities, including posters, brochures, standees, and event setups
• Participate in education fairs, campus events, expos, and promotional campaigns
• Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities with institutions and local organizations
• Track outreach performance, lead quality, and conversions
• Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
• Encourage student walk-ins through continuous engagement
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and activities
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Support internal teams during campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, sales support, or academic engagement
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling student interactions and maintaining accurate data
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
