Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive agency revenue. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing services, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new leads for digital marketing services across industries.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule and manage discovery calls, demos, and proposal discussions.
• Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to create proposals and pricing decks.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and closures.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Website, Branding).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
