Job Title: Business Development Associate (Contract Role) – Sales & Partner Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for a contract-based Business Development Associate (BDA) to support sales conversions, partner onboarding, and customer coordination for the Wall Décor category.
This is a contract position with fixed duration and performance-based renewals.

Contract Details

• Role Type: Contract-based
• Duration: 3 or 6 months (extendable based on performance)
• Payout: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives for hirings & sales conversions
• Work Mode: remote coordination
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Hiring Conversions

• Convert incoming leads into successful partner hirings.
• Close on-spot hirings during worker onboarding drives/events.
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline to push intent → hiring → onboarding.
• Track daily pipeline and report outcomes.

2. Customer Coordination

• Support customer queries during service calls.
• Help clarify pricing, timelines, partner availability, and urgency.

3. Operational Support

• Coordinate with Category Manager on funnel performance.
• Update daily MIS and hiring tracker.

Skills Required

• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Sales or tele-sales experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with workers and customers
• Target-oriented approach
• Basic Excel / Sheets knowledge
• High ownership and follow-up discipline

Experience

• 0–4 years (freshers with sales interest can be considered)
• Prefer candidates from:
• Field Sales
• Tele-sales
• Operations
• Service industry
