We’re looking for a technically sound, proactive Technical Support Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will manage and troubleshoot Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), IAM/RBAC, servers, virtualization, backups, and network monitoring solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot UEM, IAM/RBAC, servers, storage, virtualization, backup/DR, and network monitoring tools. Respond to incidents within SLAs; escalate unresolved issues as needed. Assist in deploying and configuring IT infrastructure solutions. Manage UEM policies, IAM permissions, virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems. Implement backup and DR solutions; configure network monitoring tools. Perform regular system checks, performance tuning, and patch management. Ensure backup/DR integrity and conduct test restores. Monitor network health and resolve performance issues. Maintain detailed records of incidents, configurations, and resolutions. Generate system performance and incident trend reports. Contribute to internal knowledge base. Interact with clients to understand issues and provide timely updates. Offer technical guidance and best practices for IT infrastructure management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or any graduate with relevant experience. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and management. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services sales. The role involves managing existing customer accounts and generating new business opportunities in Kolkata and Eastern India. This is a target-driven role covering both field and inside sales. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture existing customers to ensure renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, industry connects, and personal references. Work with the technical team for pre-sales presentations, demos, and solution pitches. Build and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with support from management. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline status, and forecasts to management. Training & Ramp-up Period Month 1: Training on company portfolio, solutions, and sales process. No targets. Month 2: GTM strategy planning, customer mapping, warm-up calls, shadowing senior BD. No targets, but progress evaluation. Month 3: Deliver revenue equal to salary value (break-even). Month 4 onwards: Deliver profit-generating sales consistently. Requirements1–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Account Management (system integration, IT infra, or cybersecurity preferred). Strong networking ability and capability to bring own business leads. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Ability to handle B2B clients, rejections, and negotiation professionally. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits + inside sales mix.
