Job Description

As a Business Development professional in the Manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Market Research and Analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. - Developing and implementing Strategic Plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives, including target market identification and new product development. - Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones through effective Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management. - Implementing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and monitoring performance for Sales and Revenue Generation. - Forming Partnerships and Alliances to expand reach and access new markets. - Identifying opportunities for New Product and Market Development to drive business growth. - Embracing Innovation and Sustainability practices to enhance competitiveness. - Investing in Talent Development by developing a skilled workforce to support growth initiatives. In addition to the above, strategies for Manufacturing Business Development will involve: - Improving processes through Lean Manufacturing and Efficiency practices to reduce waste and costs. - Utilizing Technology Adoption to automate processes, improve quality, and increase efficiency. - Adopting Sustainability and Green Initiatives to attract eco-conscious customers and enhance brand image. - Diversifying Product Range to cater to different market segments effectively. - Offering Competitive Pricing to attract customers and maintain market share. - Providing Strong Customer Experience through excellent service and support. - Utilizing Digital Marketing channels to reach target audiences and promote products. - Participating in Networking and Trade Shows to connect with potential customers and partners. - Showcasing Capabilities and Expertise to differentiate from competitors effectively. - Engaging in Community Outreach activities to build a positive brand image and strengthen relationships. You will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift options. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses may be provided based on performance.
