Business Development Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Handle and follow up with leads received through referral channels.
• Call referred customers, understand needs, and pitch the product effectively.
• Convert referral leads into paid customers through strong communication.
• Maintain good relationships with referrers and provide updates.
• Track leads, update CRM, and report daily progress.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Share feedback to improve referral quality and lead flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, empathetic

approach.

● Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

● Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.

● Passion for education and belief in Bhanzu’s mission to transform math

learning.

● Prior experience engaging with based customers is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
