Job Description: Business Development Associate (Software Sales) π Location: Work from your preferred location (Remote) π Working Days: Monday to Friday π° Salary: βΉ35,000 to βΉ85,000 per month (including fixed + performance-based incentives) About BLUEBEX SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED At BLUEBEX SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, we specialize in developing powerful and innovative software solutions for modern businesses. Our product suite includes CRM systems, Task Managers, HRMS solutions, and our flagship WhatsApp Business Cloud API Application designed to enhance customer engagement and streamline business communication. We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associates to drive new business acquisition for our software products, with a core focus on WhatsApp Business Cloud API sales. Key Responsibilities βοΈ Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for WhatsApp Business Cloud API Application and other software solutions including CRM, Task Manager, and HRMS products. βοΈ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels. βοΈ Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions. βοΈ Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions to meet their business needs. βοΈ Coordinate with the technical and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support. βοΈ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. βοΈ Maintain and update CRM records with leads, prospects, and deal status. Requirements β Proven experience in B2B software product sales. β Candidates with prior experience in WhatsApp Business Cloud API sales will be given preference. β Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. β Strong lead generation and prospecting skills using various digital and networking channels. β Ability to understand client requirements and map them with appropriate product solutions. β Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. β Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting is a plus.
