Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other sales strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends and competitor activity.. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows as required. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
