Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends and competitor activity..
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
