Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels
• Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior experience in sales or business development (inside sales preferred) – This is mandatory
• Strong communication skills – Clear, confident, and persuasive
• Multi-linguistic abilities – Fluency in more than one language is a plus
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Flexible and adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow fast
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus
• Hindi, Malayalam and Telegu candidates preferred
