Role Objective: To identify, engage, and convert international & domestic buyers, brands, and importers into long-term customers for the company’s apparel offerings. The BDA will act as a link between the factory and potential clients to increase export/domestic sales and market visibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Research and build a database of potential buyers via LinkedIn, Alibaba, IndiaMART, global sourcing platforms, and trade fair directories etc. Reach out to buyers via email, What Sapp, LinkedIn, and calls with customized sales pitches. Schedule meetings and sample dispatches to generate buyer interest. Sales Coordination Share line sheets, catalogues, and pricing with buyers. Coordinate sample development and approvals. Track buyer feedback, negotiate terms, and close initial orders. Market Development Identify emerging apparel trends and buyer needs in key markets like Japan, Europe, and the Middle East & India. Suggest new product categories or fabric options based on market demand. Reporting & CRM Maintain buyer database and lead funnel in CRM or Excel. Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports. Follow up on repeat business and buyer satisfaction. Marketing Support Update product catalogues, website content, and LinkedIn posts. Assist in planning for trade fairs and virtual buyer meetings. Handle social media accounts. --- Key Skills Required: Strong written & verbal communication (English) Understanding of export process (sampling, MOQ, FOB, lead times) Familiarity with garment types, fabrics, and trims Confidence in cold emailing and B2B sales pitching Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Canva/PowerPoint skills Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, International Business, or Marketing 0–3 years of experience in garment exports, buying houses, or apparel B2B sales Candidates with LinkedIn/email prospecting experience are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
