Entity: Shipway Job Role: Business Development Job Location: Gurgaon Role & responsibilities • Identify and onboard D2C brands • Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure • Build and manage strong client relationships • Own pricing, profitability, and collections during the onboarding phase • Offer tailored solutions based on client requirements • Hands-on exposure to field sales Preferred candidate profile • Background in logistics, courier, or SAAS sales preferred • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven planning • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • A proactive, target-oriented mindset
