Conduct consultations to understand student needs, goals, and eligibility for various programs. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and walk-ins to convert them into successful admissions. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and information sessions . Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and referral partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets set by the management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam . Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
