Lead Admissions

As a Team Lead at our consultancy, you will oversee operations, client relations, and team management. Your role involves leading a team of education consultants and administrative staff to ensure smooth consultancy operations and high client satisfaction levels. Your key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising team members, setting performance expectations, providing feedback and support, and fostering a positive work environment for productivity and growth. In terms of operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, scheduling appointments, managing client databases, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will develop efficient processes to streamline operations and stay updated on visa and immigration policies. Relationship building is crucial in this role, as you will cultivate and maintain relationships with educational institutions worldwide, establish partnerships to enhance services, and network effectively. You will also develop and execute marketing strategies, participate in promotional events, and manage the consultancy's budget for financial sustainability. Monitoring client progress and satisfaction levels, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring client success throughout the application and enrollment process are essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred), experience in education consulting, strong knowledge of international education systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, financial management skills, and multilingual abilities are required.
