Role Overview As a Business Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of SocietyCity.in by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base for SocietyCity.in. Build and maintain strong relationships with housing societies and other potential clients. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of SocietyCity.in to prospective customers. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our product. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with society management solutions or similar domains is an advantage.
