Business Development Analyst


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze market data to inform decision-making and strategic planning processes
  • Create detailed market entry strategies for new products or services


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and onboarding


Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and joint venture opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and revenue-sharing models
  • Maintain ongoing partner relationships and performance monitoring


Revenue Generation

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposal structures for new opportunities
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven business development or B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant professional certifications
  • Industry-specific experience in [relevant sector]
  • Experience with international business development
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques
  • Established professional network within target markets
