Responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of the Emerging Markets Analytics function, providing strong analytics and CI support to enable business growth

• Manage Power BI and other business analytical tools; analyse datasets such as IQVIA to create periodic reports (monthly/ quarterly as relevant) with product and country/ region level analytics
• Work with stakeholders to develop analytical solutions and reports which provide actionable insights for the leaderships and commercial teams
• Develop and manage sophisticated forecasting tools and models for the products and countries in the Emerging Markets portfolio
• Work with the competitive intelligence teams to provide market intelligence analytics for current and future products in the portfolio
• Liaise with the relevant teams to provide sophisticated forecasting and business case analytical support for new molecule evaluation
• Participate in commercial discussions with key partners, collaborate in developing business cases and driving business decisions

Skills:

• MBA from a top tier B-school preferred
• Background in business analytics and forecasting
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience with handling and analyzing IQVIA-type datasets and using business analytics tools such as Power BI
• 3+ years of work experience in Pharma/ Biotech industry or management consulting preferred
