Business Development Analyst

As an Analyst at AQR Capital Management, you will be joining the U.S. Wealth team within the Business Development group. Your primary responsibility will be to support senior members of Business Development in building and deepening relationships with investors. Additionally, you will be involved in running analysis, customizing marketing materials, and assisting in managing territories to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to senior members of Business Development to enhance relationships with investors - Conduct analysis to create custom solutions for taxable clients - Collaborate with Business Development and Product Specialist teams to tailor marketing materials for client interactions - Acquire strong knowledge of AQR products and asset classes while staying updated on industry trends - Utilize databases and sales reports to aid senior relationship managers in territory management - Complete designated sections of Requests for Proposal/Information and Due Diligence Questionnaires with thorough review before submission Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, or Business - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment - Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to work independently and in a team setting - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Desirable knowledge of finance and the investment management industry,
