About the Role

Norindic Research is hiring two dynamic Research & Business Analysts to support multi-sector market studies, competitive analysis, feasibility assessments, and market entry strategy projects. The role spans food, beverages, hospitality, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, and other emerging sectors—providing broad exposure to consulting and strategic research work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research across multiple industries.
• Analyse markets, competitors, regulatory environments, pricing structures, and customer behaviour.
• Support market entry strategy projects with data, modelling, insights, and projections.
• Build sector briefs, opportunity assessments, feasibility reports, and client presentations.
• Evaluate new business categories, investments, and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with senior consultants to deliver client-ready reports and strategy recommendations.
• Track policy changes, trade regulations, and industry developments relevant to client sectors.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, consulting, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and secondary research tools.
• Excellent analytical ability, structured thinking, and crisp writing skills.
• Ability to handle diverse sectors and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
