Services include business research, feasibility studies, market entry strategies, partner searches, headhunting, incubator support, and cultural advisory. By leveraging its in-depth understanding of local regulations, policies, and market dynamics, Norindic helps partners make informed decisions that drive long-term success and growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for the role of Research Associate Intern. As a Research Associate Intern, you will be responsible for conducting business research, supporting feasibility studies, and analyzing market data to develop strategic insights for clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing reports, assisting with partner searches, and supporting the development of entry strategies for clients targeting the Indian market. Additionally, you will contribute to various consulting assignments and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

Strong research, data analysis, and business problem-solving skills
Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and analytical reasoning
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of market entry practices, feasibility studies, and strategic consulting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good academic background with coursework in business, economics, or related fields
Knowledge or experience in Indian Food, Renewable Energy, or Clean Technology sectors is a plus
Proficiency in using research tools and MS Office applications
