Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients in the HoReCa segment (hotels, restaurants, caterers). Explain product features and benefits to chefs and hospitality staff. Visit customers regularly and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Take and process orders accurately; coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. Follow up on pending orders and manage stock-related issues. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Share regular updates with the sales manager on performance and challenges. Collect feedback from customers and stay updated on competitor activity. Ensure customer satisfaction after sales and handle minor complaints. Maintain records of leads, visits, orders, and payments.
