Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of enterprise applications and services. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for enterprise integration projects. Prepare functional/ requirement/ business specifications. Define and design workflows, prototype, use cases and process maps to business requirements. Develop user stories, provide demos to business users and technical teams Act as a single point of contact for business analysis between user group and technical teams Participate in meetings like backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, should have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Preparing test cases and performing testing like integration, user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions. Should be able to gather the non-functional requirements and able to perform the non-functional testing Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, enhance efficiency, and address potential risks. Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing existing systems and processes. Should work closely with all the teams like business, end user, technical and delivery teams for all business requirements in the project. Should have working experience on tools like Visio, SQL, MS office tools, wireframes, Postman, JMeter, SOAP UI. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: MBA or B.Tech or a related field. Experience: 4-7 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise integration projects. Business analysis and testing in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar tools will be added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
