Currently, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. As a Graphic Designer at mindX360, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging visuals that not only enhance our brand but also effectively communicate our message. You will collaborate with various teams to create marketing materials, presentations, social media assets, website graphics, and more. Key Responsibilities - Design visually appealing digital and print assets like brochures, presentations, social media graphics, banners, videos, and website elements. - Collaborate with teams to maintain a cohesive and effective design language. - Brainstorm creative concepts and strategies for campaigns. - Ensure all designs adhere to mindX360's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. - Participate in team meetings, presenting design concepts for feedback. - Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring a fresh and innovative approach. - Create designs for both internal and external communication, including client presentations and reports. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. - A mandatory portfolio showcasing creative work and design skills. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is advantageous.
