Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a MuleSoft Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using the MuleSoft platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems. Key Responsibilities: • Total experience between 6-10 years, having 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform • Design, develop, and test integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platformand having implementation knowledge on technical skills like Java, J2EE, Spring, JMS, XML, JSON, Webservices (Rest, SOAP) technologies, code version tools Jenkins, GIT hub, SVN, Maven and continuous Integration (CI) project experience. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements. • Own and define the technical architecture, design approaches, runtime deployment models, testing and coding strategies. • Develop and implement APIs and integrations to support business processes. • Ensure the quality and performance of MuleSoft integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft applications. • Executing Jira dashboard, standup meetings with the integration team. • Responsible to lead the integration team • Knowledge of disaster recovery, failover, clustering, sizing of integration platform • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and best practices. • Contribution to pre-sales, customer engagements, technical demos/workshops at client location, preparing case studies, product evaluation experience Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. •Proven experience as a MuleSoft Technical Lead. •Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, CloudHub, and Runtime Manager with different deployment models •Proficient in designing and implementing using multiple connectors in the MuleSoft platform. •Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, and SOAP. •Familiarity with integration patterns, performance tuning and best practices. •Understanding the different deployment models in MuleSoft like RTF, Hybrid, Cloudhub. •Knowledge of Java, Spring or other programming languages. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience: •6-10 years of total experience, having minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. •Experience in developing custom MuleSoft components. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is required. Preferred Qualifications: •MuleSoft Developer Certification (MCD), MuleSoft Integration Architect (MCIA) are required •Experience with DevOps practices and tools. •Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for enterprise integration projects. Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing existing systems and processes. Should work closely with all the teams like business, end user, technical and delivery teams for all business requirements in the project. Should have working experience on tools like Visio, SQL, MS office tools, wireframes, Postman, JMeter, SOAP UI. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: MBA or B.Tech or a related field. Experience: 4-7 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise integration projects. Business analysis and testing in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar tools will be added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
