Job Summary
Minimum of 10 years experience in business analysis covering but not limited to requirement gathering prioritization understand business value requirement elaboration scrum agile practices etc
The ideal candidate will have
1 A proven track record of driving digital initiatives gathering and translating business requirements to technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable user-centric portal solutions for global customers
2 Strong technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and Manufacturing business processes
3 Strong communication skills and experience of interacting with global stakeholders handling global requirements
4 Good understanding of SQL database NET technologies React Native will be an added advantage
Required skills
1 Strong understanding of customer experience digital platforms and portal technologies
2 Experience with web and native mobile applications
3 Demonstrate the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the documents expertise in MS Office
4 Tracking backlog creating requirement documents user stories review team work etc
5 Business Process flow mapping and analysis
6 Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
7 Experience working with developers UI designers
8 Experience with Visual Studio ADO Cloud Solutions and or RDBS
9 Data Models Roadmaps Timeline plans Presentations etc
10 Functional Test case creation

Responsibilities
1 Act as the primary advocate of the customer and the strategy within the Agile Team
2 Ensure that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs
3 Maintain alignment with the Solution Vision throughout development and meet the delivery timelines
4 Maintain business relations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to obtain insights and deliver results quickly
5 Guide the evolution of the solution to deliver maximum value by managing the backlog gathering feedback and promoting teamwork
Qualifications
1 Bachelors degree in computer science information technology business or a related field
2 Proven experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role in product management
3 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
4 Excellent communication and decision-making skills
5 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
6 Experience with product lifecycle management and backlog management tools
