As a Business Manager in the Renewable Energy segment at Vashi Integrated Solutions, your role is crucial in driving sales and distribution operations, building a strong network of solar installers, and achieving regional growth targets. Your leadership skills, analytical mindset, and proven track record in the solar industry will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand the Solar Installer network in alignment with business goals. - Set and achieve regional sales targets, leading a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue and growth objectives. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and development to enhance performance and product knowledge. - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, track competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions for enhanced customer satisfaction. - Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing feedback and strategic guidance. - Advocate for new products and innovative sales techniques to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions to showcase products and solutions. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 4-6 years in Solar Product Sales with a strong understanding of the solar industry. - Sales Acumen: Ability to manage multiple accounts, forecast sales, and build a robust customer base. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators to derive actionable insights. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities. - Organizational Skills: Effective time management, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. - Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of commercial aspects, including customer credit assessment and financial analysis. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. - Preferred: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
