Business Analyst

Role Overview: The role of Business Analyst at DWS involves supporting the delivery of Product Marketing materials, data management, automation of documents, data analysis, and stakeholder management. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing fund-related data, creating reports, conducting data analysis, leading business requirements discussions, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining fund-related data, structuring presentations, and reports on a monthly and quarterly basis - Supporting the automation of documents (primarily PowerPoint) to enhance efficiency - Creating and customizing reports using Microsoft Office tools - Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed business decisions - Leading discussions on business requirements for new reports and dashboards - Managing stakeholder expectations and building long-term relationships Qualification Required: - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree - 2-3 years of working experience in the Financial Industry preferred - Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to understand complex problems - Proficiency in excel data visualization and data analysis; experience in automation is a plus - Prior extensive experience working on a large inventory of MS-Excel and PowerPoint reports - Collaborative problem solver with strong project management skills - Ability to break down theoretical problems into manageable work packages - Comfortable working in a multi-dimensional and fast-paced environment - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of German is advantageous - Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Company Details: DWS, a part of Deutsche Bank Group, is an industry-leading firm with a global presence.
