Overview

Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Conduct

  process assessments and feasibility analyses

  to identify automation candidates.
• Prepare detailed documentation:

  Process Design Documents (PDDs)

  , user stories, and flow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for RPA developers and AI engineers.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Support UAT, deployment, and change management activities.
• Evaluate KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics for delivered automations.
• Continuously monitor automated workflows and recommend enhancements.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA, automation, or process optimization.
• Strong proficiency with

  process mapping tools

  (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart; BPMN knowledge preferred).
• Understanding of RPA technologies such as

  UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism

  , or Python-based automation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, including stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
• Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, API-based workflows).
