Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an RPA Developer. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, crafting technical documentation, and maintaining the performance of deployed automation bots. The role requires adaptability in working with evolving technology in a dynamic work environment. Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum Experience Required: 2–3 years Job Type: Full-time Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support our RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions for clients across industries. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points. Conduct process assessments and feasibility analyses to identify automation candidates. Prepare detailed documentation: Process Design Documents (PDDs) , user stories, and flow diagrams. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for RPA developers and AI engineers. Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and process mapping sessions. Support UAT, deployment, and change management activities. Evaluate KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics for delivered automations. Continuously monitor automated workflows and recommend enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA, automation, or process optimization. Strong proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart; BPMN knowledge preferred). Understanding of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism , or Python-based automation. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional documentation and communication skills, including stakeholder management. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
