Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an RPA Developer. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, crafting technical documentation, and maintaining the performance of deployed automation bots. The role requires adaptability in working with evolving technology in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Software Development and related programming languages
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
• Understanding of business processes and identifying automation solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in RPA implementation or process efficiency improvement is an advantage
