Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to develop, manage, and strengthen our brand presence across all channels. The Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, driving brand awareness, managing client and internal stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance and perception in the market.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and oversee brand campaigns across digital, social media, print, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with design, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.
  • Review and approve creatives, content, and marketing materials.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brand-related client communication.
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Present brand strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients.
  • Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Track brand KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, reach, and loyalty.
  • Use insights to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Guide and mentor marketing executives and interns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of brand initiatives.
  • Maintain campaign timelines and quality standards.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Adobe tools, and marketing analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agency or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and influencer management.
