Brand Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the brand identity, overseeing content creation and production, and developing strong social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. A deep understanding of trending topics and digital culture is essential. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the overall brand identity, tone, and positioning across all channels Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, campaigns, etc.) Lead content production from concept to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and brand loyalty Stay up to date with internet trends, viral content, and platform-specific best practices Ensure consistent brand messaging across social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials Analyze performance metrics and optimize content and brand strategies based on insights Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to support business objectives Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Content Manager, or similar role Strong knowledge of content creation, storytelling, and digital branding Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Ability to identify and leverage trending topics and internet culture effectively Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking Basic understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and growth strategies Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience managing digital-first or consumer brands Hands-on experience with video, reel, or short-form content Familiarity with content calendars, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns What We OfferOpportunity to shape and grow a strong, recognizable brand Creative freedom and ownership of brand strategy Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
