Brand Manager

The role is responsible for driving end-to-end brand management, digital marketing, and packaging execution. It involves developing and executing social media and paid marketing strategies, creating engaging and compliant brand content, and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.

The position also leads product packaging development, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Additionally, the role supports sales and trade marketing initiatives, manages agencies and suppliers, and delivers timely reporting and documentation to strengthen brand visibility, market penetration, and overall business growth.

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including

  LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) and other media channels

• Plan, maintain, and execute

  monthly social media calendars

  , ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Create engaging

  posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form content

  aligned with brand guidelines
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Set up conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, and lead generation
• Manage monthly ad budgets effectively

2. Content Creation & Brand Management

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels.
• Adapt messaging to resonate with different audience segments.

• Lead packaging development for Zorabian
• Artwork finalization
• Material specifications (GSM, laminate structure, barrier properties)
• Print quality and color consistency
• Ensure all brand communication and packaging content are compliant with

FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and statutory labeling norms, Trademark and copyright guidelines

• Participate in packaging trials, approvals, and validation processes.
• Maintain packing material SKU matrix and version control of artworks
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for packaging material approvals and audits..

• Evaluate vendor performance on quality, delivery timelines, and cost.

• Participate in vendor development and negotiations in coordination with procurement

4. Sales & Trade Support

• Work closely with sales teams to drive brand visibility and market penetration.
• Design trade schemes and promotional offers in coordination with sales and finance.
• Analyze sales data, secondary sales, and market feedback for corrective actions.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare brand performance reports, launch reviews, and MIS.
• Maintain documentation related to packaging approvals, artworks, and regulatory compliance.
