Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance support, and financial reporting.
The role requires hands-on experience with Tally, Excel-based MIS, and exposure to audit and compliance-related work.

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and transactions
Prepare financial statements and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Preparing and updating sales entries, purchase entries, and journal vouchers.
Maintaining cash book and ensuring accurate cash flow records.
Preparing and organizing data for vendor and supplier payments.
Recording and reconciling receipts against debtors.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
Coordinate with the auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain organized filing systems for accounts documents.
Liaise with branch offices for accounts-related queries and data collection.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities (TDS, PF, PT)
Expense Booking & Bank Reconciliation- DebitCredit Notes preparation & verification- BranchGroup Co, Suppliers, Customers Ledger reconciliations- Assisting for finalization and assessments- Coordination with operations team

Desired profile of the candidate:

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting & finance.
Number crunching and data analytics skills
Ability to work in fast changing dynamic category & company environment
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally Accounting Software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Exp with Tally ERP 9/ Tally Prome Gold
