Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration system issues including electrical faults, mechanical breakdowns, and gas leaks. Perform brazing and welding work when required, especially in case of gas leak repairs. Repair or replace faulty compressors , fans, motors, and other key components of freezer and chiller units. Monitor and calibrate temperature control systems , ensuring accurate and consistent readings at all times. Ensure that all refrigeration and HVAC equipment complies with safety, hygiene, and operational quality standards .
