Job Description

Role Description:

  • The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product or service information, and sharing customer feedback with management to improve offerings. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Additionally, the role includes researching and generating new leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.

Sales Co-ordination:

  • Tracking all sales team members on the daily basis
  • Following up on Purchase Orders with Modern Trade & E Commerce Partners
  • Payment Follow up with Modern Trade & E Commerce Partners
  • Making Monthly Sales and Collection Report
  • Creating & uploading product listing, for market places & brand websites.
  • Managing and updating inventory & stock on seller panel.
  • Co-ordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders.
  • Candidates Should be well versed in E commerce market such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online portals.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product or service information.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer complaints, needs, concerns.
  • Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online platforms, databases, and industry networks.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Schedule meetings for Sales Team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, lead generation and conversions in Excel.

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Experience as a telemarketing executive in customer service, sales, or business development roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills and follow up skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Tally & Excel
