Job Summary


The Sales Co-Ordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales, customers, internal departments, and channel partners to help achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with sales team to support daily sales operations
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Maintain customer records, pricing details, and sales data
  • Track order status and coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and key customers
  • Support sales meetings, presentations, and documentation
  • Ensure timely collections and follow up on pending payments
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure data accuracy
