Required skills and qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related technology
Attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Client communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, answering customer inquiries, and handling complaints.
Data and record keeping: Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and organize sales records.
Sales and reporting: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals. May also assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
Order management: Process customer orders and ensure they are accurately entered and delivered on time.
Team and departmental coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Training and support: Assist with training new sales representatives and ensure the team has the necessary materials to meet sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
