Sales Co-Ordinator

Job description:

We will be looking for one Fresher Candidate, who can handle the CRM Entry work along with team Coordination. Below are the Job responsibilities -

*Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.

* Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

* Responsible for Coordinating sales-related details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc

* To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff

* Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records

* Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the client in case of any query.

· Knowledge to make Eway bill.

* Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

* Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

* Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

* Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.

Key Skills

* Graduate possessing good knowledge of MS- Office.Tally & CRM
* Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.

Experience-0-1 year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry Added Advantage.
