Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfillment and delivery. Data Entry and Database Management: Enter and update customer information in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
