Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving NACLs brand visibility, positioning, and farmer connect initiatives across multiple channels. The role involves managing marketing services, digital and offline branding, retail merchandising, farmer engagement programs, and influencer tie-ups to strengthen brand equity and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Services Support

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing input requirements for Business Units within agreed timelines.
  • Build and develop innovative creative inputs for brand promotion.
  • Optimize marketing input costs by ensuring

    reduction

    in relation to sales revenue.

2. Branding Digital & Offline

  • Strengthen digital presence by increasing impressions and followers across

    Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Oversee blog reviews, design, posting, and finalization of flyers and creative assets every month.

3. Pop Retail Branding

  • Drive on-ground retail visibility through merchandising, signage, and dealer arches.
  • Ensure branding of

    retail shops

    with NACL merchandising (e.g., shop paintings, signage boards).

4. NACL Kisan Pariwar Program

  • Support the roll-out of the

    NACL Kisan Pariwar

    initiative by launching

    farmer clubs

    (one per region) as per SOP.
  • Build farmer brand ambassadors and prepare periodic reports on engagement outcomes.

5. Influencer Tie-ups

  • Identify and collaborate with Agri-focused

    YouTube influencers

    .
  • Onboard at least

    3 influencers

    and track performance via structured reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely completion of marketing service deliverables.
  • Achieve targeted cost optimization in marketing inputs.
  • Increase social media followers & impressions.
  • Branding implementation at retail outlets.
  • Successful launch and reporting of farmer clubs.
  • Onboarding of a minimum of YouTube influencers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-Graduate in Agri-Business Management / Marketing / Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product promotions (preferably in Agrochemical / Specialty Chemicals / Agri-inputs sector).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, rural branding, and retail marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and vendor management skills.
