Role & responsibilities: 1. Field Operations Management Lead and supervise 58 Field Assistants across assigned districts Develop and implement field strategies for farmer enrolment and program scaling Set and track KPIs to ensure high performance across field activities Ensure program compliance and quality standards 2. Stakeholder Management & Coordination Forge partnerships with agri departments, banks, and vendors Represent the company in district-level forums and events Liaise with procurement for feedstock logistics Manage relations with government officers and cooperatives 7.
